Go to http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/winmtr_bin.zip

Choose to Open the file when prompted. (The Zip utility on your computer should open the zip file and show the contents.)

Extract the file contents to a folder on your computer.

To perform a traceroute using WinMTR:

Locate the file where you extracted the zip file.

Click the "WinMTR.exe" file. (The WinMTR window opens.)

Enter the domain name(s) in the Host field.

Click "Start". WinMTR begins sending packets to the IP address.

When the "Sent" number reaches 50 click "Stop".

Finally, copy from the clipboard and send a paste of this report to our admins via email.
