I submitted a ticket, but it was not answered.




Our ticket system is the target for much spam, so we have box trapper setup to reduce this.

The first time you submit a ticket, you will need to check your email and click the link in our confirmation email to you.

Ticket wait times

Normally tickets are answered the same day, usually within a few hours. Tickets are addressed in the order they are received, so please wait patiently and you should have a response shortly.

Some problems are more complicated and we will need extra time to investigate and solve your issue.
