Go to the Start menu, choose Run, type cmd and hit ok. When the black screen appears, type the following command and hit enter.

ipconfig /flushdns

Running Flush DNS in Vista: Click the Start Orb, click All Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt, right-click on it and select Run As Administrator, type the previous command and hit Enter.
